1. Services

CB Windows and Eaves provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, eavestrough and gutter clearing, siding and soffit washing, polymeric sand installation, and driveway and patio sealing in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by CB Windows and Eaves are estimates based on information supplied by the client. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions at the property. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before work begins.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or other conditions outside our control. We will contact clients as early as possible to arrange a new time. Clients requesting cancellations are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, e-transfer, and other methods confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

CB Windows and Eaves carries liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our crew, clients must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number to CB Windows and Eaves, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding service reminders, promotions, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
